warpandweft: (something so magic about you)

So! Alucard's special skill is that he is able, roughly speaking, to see magic even when it's not actively being performed. He can see whether or not someone has magical abilities, he can see the after effects of spells even if there isn't actually any visible evidence of them, he can see spellwork and curses and natural sources of magic. They all show up as different colors to him (for example, his world's version of inherent magic in people shows up as auras of green and blue) depending on what the context is.

Because of that, this is a small information gathering poll to determine what Alucard might see when he looks at characters who have something to do with magic (in an ongoing way).

thanks!

what sort of interaction do they have with magic? He is a mage! "High wizard" technically by title, but he doesn't really call himself that. Just mage. IF IT MATTERS, he is also a demon. In his world, demons are more adept with magic, and they can sense it in things/people if they focus on it.
if they've got magical talent themselves, please describe their abilities in as little or as much detail as you'd like: His element is fire, and his personal focus of that is explosions/volatility. He can conjure flames at will, as little or as many as he wants, and usually they're crackling and rather high in kinetic energy due to his focus. He's pretty damn powerful, though he doesn't go around making that public knowledge~
if they're affected by a spell or carry objects affected by spells, describe those too: N/A at this time! If I update him in the future that might change, in which case I'll be back~
